Leeds confirmed as host city for UKREiiF 2026 for fifth consecutive year

Leeds has been confirmed as the host city for UKREiiF 2026, marking the fifth consecutive year the city will welcome the UK’s leading Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum.

UKREiiF – which launched in 2022 – has rapidly grown into a major fixture on the national property and regeneration calendar, attracting global investors, developers, housebuilders, local authorities and policy makers. The 2025 event is set to attract 16,000 delegates and inject over £20 million into the Leeds economy through visitor spending, hospitality and local procurement.

Nathan Spencer, Managing Director of UKREiiF, said the decision to remain in Leeds was driven by the forum’s continued growth and the city’s ongoing support: “Our commitment goes beyond simply hosting an event. We aim to leave a lasting impact on the city, its communities, and the wider industry. The collaboration with Leeds City Council, the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and our venue partners including the Royal Armouries has been exceptional — and we’re excited to announce further expansion plans for 2026 soon.”

UKREiiF has become a catalyst for showcasing UK regions to international investors, offering a platform for cities and regions to present major development opportunities and policy direction.

Tracy Brabin, Mayor of West Yorkshire, hailed the event’s return as a continued vote of confidence in the region “It’s fantastic that UKREiiF will return to Leeds for a fifth year in 2026. This forum has helped us boost our economy, champion investment, and put more money in people’s pockets. 2025 is a major year for West Yorkshire as we drive forward our multibillion-pound growth plan.”

Councillor James Lewis, Leader of Leeds City Council, highlighted the forum’s economic and reputational impact “UKREiiF has gone from attracting 3,500 people in its first year to over 16,000 today. It has delivered an estimated £38.5 million in economic benefit for Leeds, supporting jobs and local businesses and enhancing our position as a premier conference destination.”

The event is hosted across venues around Leeds Dock, with the Royal Armouries Conference and Events Centreplaying a central role.

Benjamin Campbell, Venue Director at the Royal Armouries, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome UKREiiF back in 2026. The event has had a phenomenal impact on the city and region, and we’re excited to continue our partnership. The team at RA Venues and our wider Leeds partners are proud to support UKREiiF’s ambition for growth.”

UKREiiF plays a vital role in accelerating development opportunities and unlocking investment across the UK, aligning with national priorities such as regeneration, net zero, housing and infrastructure delivery.

The dates for UKREiiF 2026 will be formally announced during the 2025 event.
